A submachine gun based on the Interdynamic MP-9 or ‘TEC-9’ along with a silencer which was seized by NSW police in Sydney.

Drug and submachine gun manufacturing operation uncovered in Australia

Last Friday police in Queensland conducted searches at two Nerang addresses which uncovered a methylamphetamine lab as well as a workshop for manufacturing firearms. The three submachine guns which were seized are a shortened version of the design described in Expedient Homemade Firearms by P.A Luty.

Homemade MAC-11 / M11-9 copies with an unusual trigger guard / forward grip arrangement and fitted with silencers. Seized in Spain.

A crude homemade submachine gun seized last week by police in Brazil. Likely one of the many manufactured by ‘Santa Claus’ before his arrest in August 2016.

 

Homemade MAC copy seized in Saskatoon, Canada

Firearm marked ‘G-MAG 22’ seized on Sept 30th during a drug raid. An identical model was also seized in Alberta in 2015.

An interesting 9mm subgun which takes influence from both the Thompson and MAC-10. Seized in Brazil during a drug trafficking related operation.
