Submachine gun chambered for 9×18 with a rifled barrel containing six left-hand grooves. The overall length with folded shoulder rest is 304 mm. It is based around and operates similar to a self-loading pistol and may have been the result of studying the mechanism of a Makarov PM.

The weapons above were used in any attack which resulted in deaths of two police officers in Odessa carried out by Valentin Doroshenko, a locally known pro-Russian activist who constructed the weapons above along with ammunition. Despite their Heath Robinsonesque looks they none the less proved lethal and effective.

A 9mm submachine gun designed to be ultra compact and use the least number of parts possible. Nearly all components are made from square tubing including a one piece push trigger which is operated with the user’s thumb.
A quick and dirty improvised firearm assembled using pipe fittings available at any hardware store. Ammunition in this case has been improvised using nail gun charges with the crimp removed and a lead projectile inserted. The weapon functions by pulling back the ball end of the spring loaded striker bar and releasing to fire.
This six shot improvised 12 gauge shotgun, which is incomplete, was seized by police along with Satan’s Plants by police in Brazil. On this crude example the drum is formed from multiple steel tubes welded together with a thumb screw below which is tightened to align and lock each chamber. The firing mechanism is missing.
